Landed in Ibiza presents this avant-garde and contemporary project that consists of the creation of a unique residential complex made up of 24 exclusive high-end homes. Strategically located between two main streets and in front of a third road that will be an integral part of the project, this land has a sloping topography with a difference in level of seven meters. To harmoniously integrate the building with the environment, it has been designed to divide the proposed volume into seven cubes, each of which adapts to a one meter difference in level, thus achieving a perfect adaptation to the terrain.
After this meticulous integration exercise, two types of homes have been conceived: one of 120 square meters with two bedrooms and another, duplex type, of 180 square meters with three bedrooms. Both typologies share a fundamental premise. Each home is developed around a central axis that includes a garden, thus promoting a lifestyle connected to nature. Natural lighting has been strategically integrated with this green space, positioning the aforementioned volumes so that light can penetrate each of them.
The access to the homes is located inside the complex, where a landscape design with vegetation has been implemented that creates a welcoming environment. Within this area, three wooden structures are erected that house the communication nuclei. From these nuclei, walkways extend that lead to the entrances of the homes, thus harmoniously integrating the common and private spaces of the residential complex.
